Type ‘nutrition’ into Google and you’ll be given millions of results; lots good, some not so much, plenty of them conflicting. I’m giving you the chance to pick my brain to learn new things, as well as allowing you to implement any and everything you want to. No nutrition topics are off limits, so ask anything and let’s educate you further. Suitable for both newcomers as well as those who have finished a package and want further information.

An initial consultation is fundamental for Adam to provide you with the help you need. You and Adam will discuss topics like your current diet, your food log, your goals, your lifestyle, what foods you like/dislike and so on. It typically lasts 45 – 60 minutes.

A follow-up is a chat between you and Adam to discuss your progress, what’s going well, what needs tweaked etc. A typical follow up lasts approximately 30 – 45 minutes, depending on what needs to be addressed.

When you purchase the Boost or Overhaul Package, you and Adam will discuss your goals; what are they, how to get there, timeframes, how many goals you have etc. Your goals will then be reviewed with Adam later to see if you are on track, if they need adjusted slightly or if you want to add more.

Meal planning can be stressful, especially if you are busy with work or have a family. When you purchase the Overhaul Package, Adam will take that stress away from you and give you a customized 1-week meal plan, which includes 3 different options for every meal and snack. The meal plan is based on your own individual needs, your likes/dislikes, your wants and your goals.

Physical health is 1 of the 4 key pillars of overall optimal health. While good nutrition will help you physically, and touch on the other key pillars, BodyTalk compliments the nutrition piece, and dives deeper into the 3 remaining pillars.
